Moving Out?

FAQ

You should start looking for a home 30 to 60 days prior to your move in date.

We run a thorough credit and background check prior to acceptance. In addition, we verify rental history and are typically looking for on-time payments, proper notice at move-out, non-compliance issues and good move-out condition. We require verifiable income in the form of your last 2 paystubs or official income letters. Each home is unique in its ownership and therefore will have different qualifying factors in regard to criminal record, collections/judgments, bankruptcy’s etc. It is imperative you are forthcoming with your challenges in order for us to provide the owner of the property with the information needed to make a decision.

We have an online portal using PayPal that you can use to pay your monthly rent. That will be located on the top right corner of the page titled ‘Make A Payment’. There is an additional fee for PayPal but we do also offer Zelle pay which is free as well.

Renters insurance is required for every tenant whether they have animals or not and is required for the duration of their lease agreement.

You can submit a maintenance request through our contact form. Just specify that you are looking to make a maintenance request.
